Gary has over ten years of experience delivering custom solutions to achieve high-value business objectives. His work experience includes clients from the defense, healthcare, and energy industries. Gary is passionate about growing high-quality teams focused on solving complex problems through technology and improving business processes.
Experience
Gary has a wide breadth of knowledge in project management, technology solutions development, and strategic process improvements. Gary has led large-scale analysis, architecture, and development efforts that primarily leverage the Java platform. Most recently he has developed blockchain strategies to assist companies in identifying how to best engage in this explosive new market.
Outside of the office
Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. Together they play board games with friends, spend time outside geocaching, and do service projects. Other hobbies include homebrew, tinkering with smart home devices, and virtual reality.
Education and service
Gary graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. While at Texas A&M, Gary was actively involved in the Boosting Engineering Science and Technology (BEST) robotics organization, coaching local middle and high school students. Gary regularly volunteers with the First United Methodist Church of Coppell, Coppell Lions Club, and Destination Imagination.
