Overview
As Controller of Pariveda Solutions, Inc., Ms. Ellis works with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the integrity of financial information by providing leadership, process knowledge, and technical expertise. Ms. Ellis partners with the Finance teams to enhance Pariveda’s Finance capabilities and ensure that financial and strategic goals are attained.
Experience
With more than 13 years of finance experience, Krysta has a wide breadth of knowledge in the areas of accounting and technology transformation, business process improvement, and compliance. Her primary areas of expertise lie in identifying optimal process and technology solutions to support the company’s vision and ensure alignment across all projects and programs. Most recently she led the development and adoption of international business processes as her company expanded to new regions. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Ms. Ellis was an Accounting Director at Invenergy, LLC, a private renewable energy company, where she led various Accounting initiatives to automate processes and improve the quality of financial information. Previously, she was a Director in Advisory Consulting at PriceWaterhouseCooopers, LLP., where she led finance transformation projects for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, and power and utilities.
Outside of the office
When Krysta is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two children, Norah and Miles. Krysta also enjoys running, spin classes, and family dance parties. She keeps up with reading through her book club and is an avid Detroit sports fan.
Education and service
Krysta graduated from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Economics and Business. She obtained a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Michigan.
