Overview
Mr. Robert Greiner is a technology executive and enterprise architect with 18+ years of diversified IT leadership, strategy, business development, cloud transformation, alliance management, delivery, and consulting experience. He is recognized for designing and implementing strategic initiatives at some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world. Mr. Greiner has extensive experience delivering IT strategy/roadmap, application modernization, vendor management, security assessment, the total cost of ownership, cloud migration, agile transformation, and enterprise software tool selection programs.
Mr. Greiner believes strongly in a human-centric leadership approach. Very few initiatives fail because of a lack of aptitude. Rather, the people involved are not effectively mobilized to succeed. Building and cultivating strong teams, paired with effective relationship management and communication are the foundations of lasting success.
Experience
Mr. Greiner has management and technology experience spanning a range of industries and company sizes, including aerospace & defense, automotive, retail, banking, energy, software/high-tech, and telecommunications. His primary areas of expertise are in architecting cloud ecosystems with an intense focus on team dynamics, delivery quality, and automation. He invests extra time and attention in growing the client and Pariveda team around him to help them achieve their career aspirations and has experience delivering high-profile programs at some of the world’s largest organizations.
Before joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Greiner held software engineering and team leader positions with L-3Communications, TEKSystems, and Autonomy HP, which helped him build the foundation for delivering excellent software products.
Outside of the office
Outside of the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He actively enjoys playing golf and tennis. Robert is an avid reader and hosts a personal podcast covering leadership topics.
Education and service
Robert is a BBA/MS Mentor at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business Career Management Center and a regular contributor to StudentMentor.org, providing education and career guidance to college students across the US.
Mr. Greiner received a Master of Science in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.
