Interview Integrity Commitment
Our expectations of candidate conduct during interviews
Overview
Our interview process is designed to be a transparent and equitable experience that truly reflects your skills and potential. This commitment outlines our expectations for all candidates. It is founded on our core values, especially:
- Integrity: we act with honesty and fairness, owning our actions and being transparent in all that we do.
- Excellence: we pursue the highest standards to deliver results that elevate our clients and our team.
By understanding and adhering to this commitment, you help us protect the trust we build with every candidate.
Prohibited uses of AI
We embrace AI tools as powerful supplements that enhance human intelligence, not replacements for your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Use of AI in our interview process:
- Applications: AI can assist in resume creation, but all resumes must be a truthful and accurate representation of your experience. We reserve the right to disqualify inaccurate resumes.
- Phone and Zoom Interviews: Do not read from or reference AI-generated responses to our questions. Our interviewers want to get to know you authentically. Using AI to answer questions may result in disqualification.
- Case Interviews: The use of external tools while solving case interviews is prohibited and will disqualify your case, which includes wearable tech, generative AI, voice assistant tech, etc.
- Technical Assessments: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, using AI to directly generate code, provide full solutions, or formulate entire answers that are presented as one’s own work is prohibited. This means you must be able to understand, explain, and test any AI-assisted output you use.
What we mean by dishonest behavior
We expect honest and ethical conduct from everyone involved in our hiring process. Dishonest behavior is any action that undermines fairness or misrepresents your authentic abilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using Unauthorized Resources: Accessing outside sources not permitted by assessment instructions.
- Acquiring or Distributing Confidential Content: Obtaining or sharing assessment keys, test questions, or solutions.
- Copying Work (Plagiarism): Submitting code, solutions, or answers that are not your original work without proper credit. This includes copying from online sources, past submissions, or someone else’s work.
- Having Someone Else Do Your Work (Impersonation): Asking another person to complete any part of your assessment or interview.
- Breaking Assessment Rules: Any action that goes against the clear instructions given for an assessment or interview.
What happens if dishonest behavior occurs
Dishonest behavior severely breaks the trust that is fundamental to our evaluation process. If we find that such behavior has occurred, the consequences are serious:
- Immediate Disqualification: You will be immediately removed from consideration for the current application process.
- Future Application Impact: We may keep a record of individuals who have engaged in dishonest behavior, which could prevent future applications or consideration for roles at Pariveda Solutions.
Our commitment to you: fairness and transparency
To ensure a fair process for everyone, we use objective methods to detect dishonest behavior. These include:
- Platform-based detection on Coderbyte (activity monitoring, code playback, and AI usage detection).
- Multi-stage review with live interviews to confirm skills.
- Human oversight to review documented feedback and results.
