Our mentorship program

At Pariveda, mentorship means more than an occasional career conversation over lunch. Everyone from the Manager level and up mentors someone junior, and team members are paired with a Mentor from their first day.

As you grow at Pariveda, you will participate in the mentor program as both Mentee and Mentor. You’re responsible for proactively managing your career, but you don’t have to do it alone. You will continue to receive guidance from your Mentor and apply what you’ve learned to guide others.

As a Mentor, you will:

  • Understand the Expectations Framework and how to help someone grow through those expectations
  • Provide insight, motivation, and direction to advance your Mentee’s career based on their professional goals and the Expectations Framework
  • Help Mentees process behaviors they need to demonstrate and synthesize feedback through performance reviews

Our industry-leading review process

Our comprehensive review process provides our people with unbiased feedback on performance history. These reviews are vetted and validated by a team of senior leaders, so there is more than one person evaluating your work. 

From our foundation, Pariveda has done performance reviews differently. The goal is not to provide a checklist of “yes” or “no” on meeting expectations, but to act as stewards to ensure that our people get the support they need.

Your review is written by your Mentor, who gathers input from you, those reporting to you, your peers, and those you report to.

Your review is tailored to your growth and aligned with your career desires. It covers your strengths, development opportunities, and focus areas for the next review cycle — as supported by your Mentor and project manager.
