Our fertility and family building support benefit provides comprehensive treatment coverage leveraging the latest technologies and treatments, access to high-quality care through a premier network of fertility specialists, and personalized emotional support.
Parental leave
Pariveda celebrates families and to support our new parents, we offer 100% paid parental leave for six weeks to bond with your new baby or adoptive child.
Access to care program
Life can present unexpected challenges, from injuries and illnesses to deployments and natural disasters. That’s why we provide an access to care program, which creates a private online space for our people and their loved ones to connect and collaborate during difficult times. Whether it’s navigating eldercare, reintegrating after military service, or moving forward after a death, we’re committed to supporting our team’s holistic well-being.
Breast milk shipping stipend
We recognize the challenges that new moms face as they transition back to work after giving birth. That’s why we offer a breast milk shipping stipend to provide new moms with the peace of mind that comes with knowing their breast milk will be shipped safely and efficiently while they are away from their newborns, pursuing their professional goals. This benefit ensures that new mothers can continue to breastfeed even when they are away from home, without worrying about the cost or logistics of shipping breast milk.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Being a privately-held company and US employee-owned provides benefits for our employees. As a supplemental retirement plan, the ESOP is a tax-advantaged wealth-building tool that is entirely company-funded.
