Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Being a privately-held company and US employee-owned provides benefits for our US employees. As a supplemental retirement plan, the ESOP is a tax-advantaged wealth-building tool that is entirely company-funded.

Financial support programs

Financial stability is an essential aspect of employee well-being and Pariveda’s commitment to employee well-being extends beyond traditional benefits. With access to a financial education tool for budgeting and financial advice, a corporate discount program, and a cell phone with a stipend for upgrades every two years, our benefits are designed to help employees manage their finances and improve their overall financial well-being.

Retirement savings

Security for the future matters. Our people are immediately vested in their 401(k) plan or RRSP with a competitive company match of employee contributions.

Spending accounts

We provide employees with access to spending accounts that support their financial well-being. US employees have access to accounts for healthcare, travel and parking, and dependent expenses, with HSA contributions each pay period. In Canada, employees receive Healthcare and Lifestyle Spending Accounts.
