In 2025, Pariveda continued to deepen its commitment to service through employee volunteerism, nonprofit board engagement, and Social Impact team projects that supported mission-driven organizations in meaningful ways.

Recognition

Purpose in practice

In 2025, Pariveda achieved a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and was named AWS North America Social Impact Partner of the Year. We also continued to anchor our impact in third-party standards and recognitions, including EcoVadis sustainability ratings, the Science Based Targets initiative, CDP climate disclosure, and Best Places to Work recognition.

Creating a future of shared ownership

In 2007, we created an employee stock ownership plan entirely funded by the company. By 2025, the ESOP was 49% majority owned and 70% majority owned by 2026. Our ESOP strategy is a core way we practice Purposeful Profit by sharing the value we create with the people who help create it.
