Margaret Rogers drives the firm’s mission of developing talent across its people, clients, and communities. Under her leadership, Pariveda is scaling its business model to create meaningful impact for professionals from diverse backgrounds. Rogers champions a culture of continuous learning, believing that purpose-driven organizations can benefit both stakeholders and society.
Her vision is to establish Pariveda as the premier destination for developing successful leaders who create positive change. Through strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations, she’s expanding Pariveda’s platform to advance the philosophy that business success extends beyond profit alone. Margaret serves on a non-for-profit board that is seeking ways to battle local food insecurity.
Experience
Margaret Rogers joined Pariveda in 2015, where she led strategic client engagements and established the firm’s Customer Experience practice. She later began to refresh Pariveda’s delivery methodology and went on to lead the New York Business Unit to exceed its profit and revenue targets in 2021. She enjoys writing and has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur, Innovation Enterprise, and other publications pertaining to human-centered perspectives. She transitioned to CEO in 2023.
Before Pariveda, Rogers served as Senior Director of Engagement and Digital Strategy, managing major accounts in the DC area. She specialized in content management, analytics, customer experience, and e-commerce solutions while building a Digital Strategy Practice focused on infrastructure and marketing roadmaps. Her work spanned multiple industries, including retail, media, automotive, and manufacturing.
Earlier in her career, Rogers founded a consulting firm specializing in international enterprise content management systems. She developed frameworks for content strategy and organization, building on her previous experience at Accenture, Proxicom, and other digital agencies.
Outside of the office
Margaret spends her time with her husband, three children, eight chickens, and one dog. Margaret’s other pastimes include teaching gardening, group fitness classes and Taichi.Â
Education and service
Margaret graduated with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. Â
