Optimize operations during a global pandemic by redesigning an organizational framework into a business-unit structure that creates greater separation between service lines and prepares the company for what lies ahead.

Pariveda designed an organizational model with four independent business units that aligned decision-making and accountability at the business unit level.

A $1B leader in digital imaging that had experienced phenomenal growth as an innovative industry leader had to pivot its business during a global pandemic.

While the cinema market remained Digital Corp’s* core business, movie theater closures during COVID-19 pushed the company to refocus on delivering other digital solutions and expanding their global professional services business.

Pivoting from the core business into new service lines and markets exposed fractures in the organizational structure.
