Pariveda worked to customize an existing Home Delivery platform on AWS for use by drivers on their mobile devices, a new database, and import jobs to migrate data from the current spreadsheets, and an admin portal for managing customer data, routes, and drivers.
The Result

- Audited existing cloud environments and leveraged stakeholder workshops and interviews to learn about the AWS current state.
- Assessed areas and services with the highest cloud spend and evaluated quantitative cost savings opportunities in each area.
- Developed a one-year roadmap with detailed recommendations on how to remedy high spend in the short term as well as recommendations for how to manage cloud spend in the long term.
