Overview
In her current role as Director of Internal Technology, Julie oversees Pariveda’s business systems and internal IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and security while strategically collaborating with other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals. She has a breadth of experience in implementing enterprise architectures, custom IT solutions and SaaS business systems across a wide range of industries. She has a passion for implementing solutions that meet specific business needs and align IT investments with business drivers. Julie’s work experience includes clients from the oil & gas, energy, travel, professional services, and telecommunications industries. Â
Experience
With over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience, Julie has a wide breadth of knowledge in enterprise solutions, technology strategy and implementation, and strategic process improvement. Her primary areas of expertise lie in project management, business process transformation, and systems implementation. Most recently, she has focused on migrating Pariveda’s enterprise systems to an integrated model of custom and best-of-breed SaaS platforms and transforming associated processes. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Julie held positions at EDS, Sprint, Tactica Technology Group (Hitachi Consulting), and Accenture. Â
Outside of the office
When Julie is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. Julie also enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with friends.Â
Education and service
Julie graduated from Baylor University with a major in Engineering Sciences with a focus on Computer Engineering. She has been active in local school parent associations, the National Charity League and other volunteer organizations.Â
