Kendall launched her career in the non-profit sector, quickly excelling in project management and relationship-building as a community relations and event services professional. She later transitioned to the corporate sphere, bringing her expertise to Pariveda, where she has amassed over a decade of experience leading complex projects and crafting innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds and skill sets. As a dedicated working mother, Kendall is deeply passionate about improving outcomes for working caregivers, advocating for the support, career advancement, and retention they deserve. Outside of the office
Outside the office, Kendall cherishes spending quality time with her husband and two active children. She enjoys fishing, traveling, exploring festivals, taking long walks, and fellowship with friends.Â
Education and service
Kendall earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Texas A&M University. She plays a pivotal role in her church’s leadership, serving as an Elder and Session Member, where she contributes to strategic planning, governance, and decision-making. Beyond her church involvement, Kendall is an active member of the Chi Omega Alumnae Association of Houston, demonstrating her commitment to community and connection.Â
