As the Director of Campus Recruiting, Kendall is passionate about designing and developing recruiting strategies, leading teams, and helping individuals find positions that grow and develop them toward their highest potential. Kendall is an outgoing, people-oriented leader who specializes in coaching, mentoring, full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, strategy & tactics, establishing and refining processes and procedures, project management, and relationship building.
Experience
Beginning her career in the non-profit sector, Kendall quickly learned the importance of project management and relationship building while serving as a community relations and event services professional. Now with more than 11 years of corporate experience at Pariveda, Kendall has a proven track record of leading complex projects and developing strategies to acquire top talent across different backgrounds and skill levels. As a working mother, Kendall is dedicated to driving better outcomes to attract, support, advance, and retain working caregivers. Kendall is highly regarded by her colleagues for her motivating leadership style, along with strong discipline and high-quality execution.
Outside of the office
Outside the office, Kendall enjoys quality time with her husband and two active children. Her favorite activities include fishing, traveling, attending festivals, long walks, and fellowship with friends.
Education and service
Kendall earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Texas A&M University. She serves on the Equip Strategy Session at her church and is a member of the Chi Omega Alumnae Association of Houston.
