Overview
Mr. Mark Lem has a range of experience in the implementation of custom IT solutions. Mark’s work experience includes clients from health care, automotive, media and entertainment, commercial real estate, finance, energy providers, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries. With a background in software development and a specialization in project and program management, Mark provides a unique solution and perspective to solve technical or business challenges.
Experience
With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Mark has a breadth of knowledge in project and program management, technical solution development, and strategic process improvement.
He has managed a wide variety of projects, from detailed back-office reporting solutions to robust, customer-facing web applications. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Lem was a software developer and manager at Hitachi Consulting and was a senior program manager at Kaiser Permanente for the Southern California region.
Outside of the office
When not working, Mark loves spending time with his wife and son. As a new dad, he has traded hours spent at the CrossFit gym for family outings to Disneyland, reading, and supervising tricycle and scooter rides. He enjoys honing his approach to making smoked meats and chasing the perfect brisket, exploring local craft breweries in Southern California, and staying up-to-date on the latest tech and gadgets.
Education and service
Mark graduated with from the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Information and Computer Science. He is active at church. Mark earned the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America in his youth and is looking forward to having his son participate in the program as well!
