Jimmy enjoys working with leaders to help them and their organizations capture growth, reduce costs, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

At the project level, Jimmy leads cost-reduction engagements and team-optimization initiatives. He specializes in energy & utilities, retail, telecom, and healthcare, bringing a proven record of P&L ownership, GTM strategy and execution, new market development, and cloud/software migrations (AWS, Azure, SaaS platforms).
Recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants, Jimmy has recruited, coached, and scaled consulting teams from start to more than 50, while consistently delivering measurable client impact. His expertise spans enterprise software upgrades; cloud migrations – Microsoft Azure, AWS; business transformation – organizational change, data and AI strategy, operational efficiency; sales and sales leadership – B2B enterprise and SMB in market and regionally; market and practice growth – launching new offices, winning C-suite trust, building multimillion-dollar portfolios; leadership and talent development – mentoring consultants, coaching executives, and teaching management consulting at OU’s Price College of Business.
Outside of the office
When not working, Jimmy loves spending time with his wife and five boys, and their growing families. Jimmy is a self-professed foodie, a college football blowhard, and a dedicated Sunday school teacher and adjunct professor at his alma mater.
Education and service
Jimmy graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in finance and now teaches aspiring consultants. He is an active member of his church, where he has served in multiple leadership roles and now loves teaching anyone who dares listen to his passionate feelings and convictions.
