Bill brings deep experience across defense, financial services, political, and nonprofit organizations, and more recently the healthcare and hospitality industries. His work spans enterprise architecture, modernization leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder alignment. He helps organizations build the platforms, processes, and operating models needed to deliver meaningful mission and business outcomes.
Over the past two decades, Bill has led and contributed to a wide range of modernization and transformation efforts. His work has included modernizing federal–state data platforms and pipelines to improve access to critical public services for millions of people, guiding large‑scale cloud and data migrations that strengthened engineering practices and organizational alignment, and shaping secure, scalable platforms that support grassroots engagement across the country. He has also supported the development of advanced solutions for the nation’s armed forces and intelligence agencies, contributing to mission‑critical systems that enhance national security and operational readiness.
Outside of the office
Bill enjoys an active life outside of work, especially when he can spend time outdoors. He loves running and biking outside (and swimming during the warmer months), finding that time in nature brings balance and perspective. Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, including traveling, skiing, and cooking new recipes at home together. Always one for a challenge, he loves it when his daughter asks him to recreate a dish from her culinary class. Time outdoors and time with family both play an important role in grounding his life and leadership.
Education and service
Bill holds a BSE in Computer Science with a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University and an MS in Computer Science from George Washington University. A believer in continuous learning, he is almost always enrolled in some form of coursework, whether pursuing technical certifications, advancing his Italian proficiency, or exploring new areas of interest. Bill is committed to service in his community, supporting local shelters and food banks, volunteering with his son to help athletes with IID rock climb, and supporting his son’s Scouts of America troop activities.
