Jeff has over 8 years of consulting experience helping all different size companies with program management, process analysis, process design, and technology solution development and delivery. Jeff has led engagements for new product implementation, company rebranding, acquisition integration, and process improvement analysis. Jeff brings a technical background to helping companies maximize business value in all aspects of their organization, ranging from efficient program management utilizing data-driven decision-making to process analysis incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data aligned to company strategy.
Experience
Jeff has a wide breadth of knowledge across a range of industries including energy, healthcare, customer service, IOT, and automotive. His primary areas of expertise lie in program management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. He is passionate about helping companies to empower their employees to drive high-value customer-centric solutions. Jeff joined Pariveda Solutions in 2013.
Outside of the office
Jeff loves spending time listening to all types of music both in person and on his record player. Jeff also enjoys traveling with his wife although leaving their dog behind can be painful at times.
Education
Jeff graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a major in Computer Engineering and minors in Business and Music. He is a mentor in Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as the webmaster for his neighborhood association.
