Her expertise includes AI risk management, data governance, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion assessments, process optimization, operational change management, mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing people experience. Lauren excels in designing and facilitating workshops, delivering effective change enablement training, crafting impactful communication strategies, and building foundational cultures that drive success.
Experience
With over 14 years in consulting, Lauren has held diverse roles that equip her with unique perspectives for her clients. She began her consulting journey at PwC, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to craft innovative solutions for complex challenges. At Thought Ensemble, she focused on change enablement and people experience, ultimately becoming the Director of People Operations. In this role, she spearheaded HR, culture development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. At Pariveda Solutions, Lauren led the Entry-Level Talent Acquisition and Relations Program, designing and implementing strategic solutions for nationwide markets.
Lauren’s expertise includes developing AI governance and risk management frameworks tailored to organizations at varying maturity stages, integrating them seamlessly into existing workflows to maximize adoption. She has also driven large-scale financial system implementations, emphasizing change enablement to achieve measurable ROI. Her skills extend to organizational design, PMO best practices, data governance, and reimagining performance management processes. Lauren approaches every project with a people-first mindset, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cultures.
Outside of the Office
Beyond her professional life, Lauren is a dedicated mother of two and a devoted pet owner. She’s a passionate supporter of Texas Longhorn football, an avid runner, and a lover of travel, theatre, and culinary adventures. Lauren also contributes to her community as a board member for the Poth Education Foundation, where she has helped raise over $500,000 for local schools. Additionally, she volunteers with animal shelters and organizations supporting her children’s extracurricular activities.

Lauren earned her degree from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Management Information Systems with minors in Accounting and Astronomy.
