Philadelphia

Overview

Amy Yozviak is a Vice President at Pariveda and leads the Philadelphia Office guiding clients through innovation, digital transformation, and strategic growth in both complex enterprise and entrepreneurial environments. She brings deep expertise in shaping business and technology solutions that create measurable value with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and purpose-driven outcomes.

Experience

Amy has advised Fortune 50 companies such as Cencora and Comcast, as well as senior leaders in government, guiding the design, launch, and scale of innovative products, programs, and technologies. Her work spans a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical & life sciences, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications & cable, public sector, higher education, transportation, and corporate real estate. She has also founded the Philadelphia Office of a Silicon Valley venture-backed tech startup and launched an Ivy League innovation center reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and drive to bring transformative ideas to life. Her work has earned recognition for award-winning innovation and demonstrates her ability to align digital execution with strategic priorities, especially in fast-paced, complex organizations. Prior to Pariveda, Amy held consulting roles at McKinsey & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, and North Highland.

Amy believes the best solutions come from co-creation — fostering alignment, trust, and momentum across diverse teams to solve the right problems and drive lasting impact.

Outside of the office

Outside of work, Amy enjoys international travel, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. A karaoke aficionado, she brings the same enthusiasm to the mic that she brings to her work.

Education and service

Amy graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (WCU) with a double major in Political Science and Communication Studies. She volunteers her time supporting the WCU Adam Swope Memorial Scholarship awarded to students with a sustained commitment to public service to the community.
