Anu is an accomplished consulting leader who has a breadth of experience in strategy development and implementation of large-scale tech programs across the public sector, healthcare, financial services, oil & gas and mining. She currently specializes in healthcare transformation, helping clients establish robust cloud, data and analytics foundations to enhance patient outcomes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive innovation across the Canadian healthcare sector. She is known for building trusted client relationships by embracing ambiguity and developing innovative solutions via an extensive ‘Swiss Army knife’ profile.
Experience
With extensive consulting experience (10+ years), Anu has led numerous high-impact projects. She has successfully guided teams in designing and delivering analytics prototypes for a major health system, defining AI strategies, and optimizing operations with GenAI capabilities. Recognized for her exceptional performance with multiple awards, including a prestigious service excellence award, Anu has driven substantial value by redesigning technology infrastructures, resulting in multi-billion-dollar benefits, and spearheading large-scale transformation projects in financial services. She has also achieved significant wins in the public sector, managed global data teams to implement critical systems, and developed strategic plans for controversial redevelopment projects. Combining her business expertise and background in genetics and hospital operations (University Health Network and Hamilton Health Sciences), Anu is passionate about transforming healthcare through technology.
Outside of the office
Anu enjoys traveling and exploring the cities of the world with her husband and two young kids. While she lives in Toronto, she is a nature enthusiast at heart and enjoys serene hikes, lake hopping, and camping across Ontario’s beautiful landscapes. When not exploring, you can find Anu at the next best ‘must-eat’ restaurant or basking in live music at concerts and festivals.
Education and service
Anu graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science (Genetics) from McMaster University and completed an MBA at DeGroote School of Business. She plays an active role in advancing women in technology roles.
