Overview
Gregg Dunning is a Vice President at Pariveda and an operations and transformation executive who brings decades of experience translating strategy into execution across healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, retail, and professional services. He helps organizations navigate complex change, strengthen delivery operations, and build the leadership capabilities needed to create lasting results.
Gregg is known for leading with transparency and giving teams real ownership, not just direction. His work spans enterprise transformation, strategic account leadership, operating model design, and the development of high-performing consulting practices. What keeps him in consulting is the variety: no two client challenges look alike, and neither do the internal challenges that come with operating a business.
Experience
Before joining Pariveda, Gregg spent nearly two decades at North Highland, where he served as Managing Director and held senior responsibilities for client leadership, growth, delivery, team development, and financial performance. He grew strategic accounts across retail, public sector, and consumer goods while building and scaling delivery practices and developing the next generation of consulting leaders.
Gregg has led complex, high-stakes initiatives across both public and private sectors. His experience includes a multiyear transformation for a state healthcare agency that helped eliminate millions in annual legacy spending and secure significant federal funding. He has also led retail growth initiatives, ERP implementations for consumer goods bottlers, and other complex programs that connect strategy, technology, and execution. Earlier in his career, he held consulting leadership roles at Connecture and Covansys/BSG.
Outside of the office
Outside of the office, Gregg enjoys traveling with his family and staying active through soccer, tennis, and golf. He also remains engaged with the University of Texas at Austin and provides informal AI strategy guidance to several growing businesses.
Education and service
Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a 15-year supporter of Soccer in the Streets, an organization that uses soccer to engage and empower underserved youth. He also serves as Community Engagement Co-Chair and a board member for the UT Austin alumni chapter and advises the university’s College of Engineering. His ongoing service reflects his commitment to developing people, strengthening communities, and helping organizations use technology thoughtfully to create opportunity and impact.
