Jackie is a Vice President at Pariveda in the New York office with a passion for partnering with organizations to solve complex business and technology challenges while developing the next generation of leaders. With more than 25 years of experience across SaaS, health tech, patient safety and quality, and strategy and technology consulting, she brings a deep commitment to continuous improvement. Jackie is recognized for translating strategic vision into scalable, data-driven solutions that elevate operational performance, strengthen financial outcomes, and enhance customer experience.
Experience
With more than two decades of industry operations and consulting experience, Jackie’s expertise is leading large-scale digital transformations across healthcare organizations. Her work spans from startups to Fortune 500 companies, where she aligned business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring her clients achieve sustainable outcomes and growth.
Prior to joining Pariveda, Jackie served as Senior Vice President of Global Client Engagement at Caresyntax, a surgical intelligence SaaS company. Reporting to the CEO, she led global customer success and support, PMO, clinical consulting and led the Caresyntax Patient Safety Organization. Jackie has a strong track record of elevating client relationships by consistently driving retention, revenue growth, and deeper product adoption by aligning solutions with client business and technology priorities. Earlier in her career, Jackie served in consulting roles at EY and Accenture, where she led large-scale technology implementations, process redesign efforts, and enterprise transformation initiatives for prominent healthcare organizations.
Outside of the office
When Jackie is not working, she loves spending time and traveling with her four adult children. She enjoys being outdoors at the beach or mountains and is an avid runner – completing the NYC Marathon twice and multiple half marathons. She’s always up for an adventure and has been known to skydive or zipline when the moment presents itself!
Education and service
Jackie graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a major in Finance. She is a member of Chief and an active supporter of the American Cancer Society. She volunteers her time supporting local food banks and is passionate about quality and safety for healthcare patients with multiple publications on preventable harm.
