Overview
Jeff Dandy has a breadth of experience implementing solutions across a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial equipment, personal lines insurance, retail, and telecommunications. Having delivered engagements that range from strategy creation to managed service execution and everywhere in between, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of stakeholder needs that enable him to deliver holistic solutions for his clients. Â
Experience
Jeff began his career as a software engineer, then grew into a technical architect, and then became a project and program manager, which afforded him the opportunity to experience project delivery from many different angles and roles. Over that time, Jeff has successfully delivered projects ranging from multiple purpose-built proofs of concepts with a small team over a multi-week engagement to a multi-vendor, multi-location, and multi-year engagement. This contributed to his passion for optimizing the delivery of projects creating engaging experiences for his clients through transparency, collaboration, and trust. Leveraging a methodical and empathetic approach, Jeff has created high-performing, resilient teams that deliver value for his clients through a co-created journey of innovation and pragmatic delivery. Prior to joining Pariveda, Jeff held positions within Accenture’s technology practice.Â
Outside of the office
Jeff enjoys everything the Washington state has to offer, and on any given weekend, he can be found hiking, biking, camping, boating, skiing, sightseeing, or wine tasting. Sharing in his passion are his wife, Sara, sons Zack and Haydn, daughter Ryann, dog Mitten (named after their original home state of Michigan), and their cat, Taco. During Jeff’s remaining free time, he enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and brewing beer.  Â
Education and service
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Jeff has a passion for giving back to the community and regularly participates in both team-based and individual volunteer opportunities. In addition, Jeff sits on the Furniture Repair Bank Board of Directors as well as the Advisory Board for the Center of Excellence for Information and Computing Technology. Â
