Overview
Kristen is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of Pariveda and the wide array of technologies, services, and operations in the US and internationally. She also provides advice and corporate secretarial support to the Board of Directors.
Experience
Kristen has over 20 years of experience in legal, finance, and technology matters. She started her law practice working in the corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions section of Locke Lord and Jones Day. Prior to joining Pariveda, she worked as General Counsel for an IT healthcare outsourcing company and an IT travel company. She also worked for Ernst and Young.
Outside of the office
Kristen and her husband, Jeff, have 3 children and 3 dogs. In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling, skiing, working out, and playing the piano. She is active in her community and church.
Education and service
Kristen received a B.B. A. from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. She also holds a C. P. A. Kristen is involved in her kids’ schools, local boards, charities, and her church.
