Overview
Teri serves as a Vice President in the Houston office. She brings her problem-solving nature to a career in consulting and advising clients to align their initiatives to their strategy to achieve business value. Teri has deep experience in Oil & Gas across upstream, refining, chemicals, oilfield services, and renewables with specific expertise in Operations, Capital Projects, and ensuring alignment between the Business and IT. Teri has served the world’s largest supermajors on their critical global initiatives as well as helping independents to implement new ways of working to integrate modern technologies into established processes and gain buy-in from their workforce. In addition to oil & gas, she has also served clients including utilities, retail energy providers, financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare.

Teri has over 25 years of consulting experience, helping Fortune 100 companies transform their organizations to achieve their business goals. She has experience in leading global initiatives for organizational transformation, system implementation, data management, digital transformation, business intelligence, program & project management, process design, and change management.
She enjoys helping her clients design, implement, and then sustain their initiatives tied to achieving real value. Her passion lies in bringing the right process and behavior changes to enable her clients’ to successfully implement and modernize their technology. She recognizes technology is a great enabler and believes you must also codify tech into the process and ways of working as well as articulate a clear “why” for your people to adopt the tech to achieve and sustain
Before joining Pariveda, Teri was the Global Energy & Utilities Industry Lead and Southwest Region Lead for North Highland and was part of Accenture’s Energy consulting practice.
Outside of the office
When Teri is not working, she loves spending time with her two children and watching them find their passions including jiu jitsu, art, chess, robotics, and music…she is even enjoying the sound of drums at 6:45 in the morning. Her hobbies include baking, reading, traveling, and being with her family.
Education and service
Teri received her BBA from The University of Texas with a double major in Business Honors and Marketing. She supports many philanthropic causes and volunteers her time at her kids’ schools and activities.
