His work encompasses a wide range of solutions, including data strategy, machine learning, custom application development, and cloud technologies. This breadth of experience enables Ron to craft innovative approaches that deliver value and impact, regardless of the technical or business challenge.

Ron McClain brings a broad range of expertise in project management, technology solution development, and strategic process improvement. His core strengths lie in information systems planning and implementation, with a growing passion for enhancing customer and employee experiences within the travel and hospitality industry. 

Throughout his career, Ron has delivered impactful solutions across diverse sectors. Highlights include developing a machine learning-driven price prediction strategy for a medical supplies company, leading a systems modernization and consolidation initiative for a pharmaceutical firm, and implementing a cloud-based data platform for an automotive organization. 

Before joining Pariveda, Ron honed his skills at Macy’s IT and Sogeti USA, where he cultivated his problem-solving mindset and dedication to delivering meaningful results. 

Outside of the office

When Ron is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and three children, William, Alexander, and Jackson.  Ron also loves golf and being involved in the community. 

Education and service

Ron graduated from Miami University with a major in Systems Analysis and a special interest in General Business. He is active as an Associate Board Member with Lumity and is on the Leadership Council for the Evans Scholarship Foundation.
