Overview
Mr. Richard (Rich) Zatcoff has a breadth of experience in the development and implementation of custom IT solutions across a wide range of industries. Rich’s work experience includes clients from the financial services, professional services, marketing, real estate, travel, and facilities management industries. His industry knowledge, coupled with his experience, enables Rich to provide a unique solution to any technical or business challenge that is presented.
Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and various technology industries, Rich has a wide breadth of knowledge in technical and business architecture, solution design and development, and strategic process improvements. His experience covers many industries and disciplines; however, his recent area of focus lies in the development of data-driven platforms that effectively drive marketing and sales.
He has led a wide variety of projects, such as the architecting and building of a real-time customer data platform for a large global professional services firm, developing a real estate utilization and data analysis platform for a multinational organization with hundreds of offices, and successfully delivering on a multi-year effort to migrate a large organization’s distributed procurement systems to a unified global platform. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Zatcoff held leadership and engineering positions at Ernst & Young, WorkOasis, and American Express Incentive Services.
Outside of the office
When Rich is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two children. As a native of Atlanta, Rich is a big fan of the Atlanta Braves, Falcons, and Hawks, as well as the Arsenal football club. He also enjoys learning new technologies, traveling, studying history, and playing tennis.
Education and service
Rich received a BA with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He is active with children’s schools and various philanthropic organizations in Atlanta.
