We created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2007
The ESOP now owns approximately 46% of Pariveda, with our US employees participating as an owner through this structure. Our vision is our company will be 100% owned by the ESOP within this decade.

We believe company owner employees take better care of our clients and each other because they focus on sustainable partnerships and maximizing company value for both our clients and ourselves.
