By fostering a culture of inclusivity, we aim to empower our LGBTQIA+ team members to bring their whole selves to work, and to attract and retain top talent from all backgrounds. A workplace that embraces what makes us all unique helps our people grow, and better equips us to help our clients grow.

How we strengthen our community

Pariveda’s PRIDE group meets monthly and maintains a private Slack channel as a forum for LGBTQIA+ team members to discuss common challenges and opportunities in the workplace, work with outside organizations to share and explore ideas, and hold social events to build rapport among LGBTQIA+ team members. We also maintain a public channel as a space for both those in the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies to help expand efforts to foster diversity and inclusion at Pariveda.
