How we strengthen our community

Pariveda’s PRIDE group meets monthly and maintains a private Slack channel as a forum for LGBTQIA+ team members to discuss common challenges and opportunities in the workplace, work with outside organizations to share and explore ideas, and hold social events to build rapport among LGBTQIA+ team members. We also maintain a public channel as a space for both those in the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies to help expand efforts to foster diversity and inclusion at Pariveda.
