pariveda CAREER ACCELERATOR PROGRAM
Kick-start your career and grow towards your highest potential with Pariveda
Are you ready to learn valuable skills that you can apply to your college years and beyond?
Expand your network by connecting with consultants, management team members, recruiters, and fellow Black and/or African American students across the U.S. while developing the skills and capabilities to become an emerging software developer through mentor-led small group discussions and innovative workshops. You will round out your summer by enhancing your critical thinking and problem solving skills by working on a case problem with your small group.
Fully remote
Over the course of 6 weeks from June-August, you will meet for fully virtual sessions. You can expect to spend 3 hours each week on Pariveda Career Accelerator activities.
Formal workshops​
You will cover foundational topics to help you gain the skills and understanding you’ll need to help you explore a career in software consulting.
Small group discussions​
Group discussion sessions led by a Pariveda small group leader will provide you an opportunity to dive deeper into workshop topics and build relationships with others.
Who are we looking for?
Current Freshmen or Sophomores enrolled at a college or university
Students with a demonstrated interest in a software development career
Individuals with curiosity and an eagerness to learn ​​
Students with a desire to network with Black and/or African American students and Pariveda professionals
Individuals who take initiative whether it be through a job, club, organization at school, or in their community​
Legally authorized to work for any company in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
