Founded in 1962, PensionCo* is one of Canada's largest defined benefit pension plans, serving over 500,000 employee members and 1,000 participating employers. To ensure the company’s growth and viability, PensionCo fosters a culture of learning and growth for employees.
The Challenge
Through their School of Data and AI, PensionCo sought to upskill employees across the enterprise in data and analytics.
This initiative was the first of several schools the company planned to create to achieve a vision of learning enablement. PensionCo engaged Pariveda to build a repeatable organizational learning framework that could serve as the foundation for future learning.
The Result
How Pariveda enabled a learning model to deliver its highest value:
- Applied feedback from business unit interviews to customize learning personas and design bespoke learning paths.
- Developed a comprehensive curriculum and roadmap for deployment.
- Designed a playbook for applying personas, experience labs, learning methodologies, certifications, and other innovations to sustain the school over time.
