Overview
Allison Grindle brings a diversity of thought and skill to help clients architect the right structure, process, or technical solution to meet their business needs. Understanding the human element is central to her approach, whether applied to the User Experience (UX), the Customer Experience (CX), or the Employee Experience (EX). Her primary area of expertise is maturing client teams’ digital product innovation and development practices, and growing competencies such as generative customer research and usability.
Experience
Having spent more than a decade as a consultant, Allison has a variety of experience in business strategy, project management, product design, and all phases of software delivery. She has worked with organizations of all sizes across the finance, automotive, health care, logistics, commercial real estate, and entertainment industries. Most recently, she led a large modernization effort for a web and mobile application pair aimed at increasing user engagement and optimizing operational efficiency. Prior to joining Pariveda, Allison was an educator, teaching mathematics to hundreds of largely uninterested high school students.
Outside of the office
Allison is most often traveling or spending time with her partner (who collects cats and plants). She enjoys hiking and exploring food and natural beauty in as many new destinations as possible. Her current quests include visiting every continent and every US National Park.
Education and service
Allison graduated with great distinction from Baylor University with a BS in Computer Science. She serves as treasurer and secretary on the Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals Board and enjoys volunteering at local Habitat ReStores. Additionally, she is passionate about representing and supporting women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ community members in technology.
