Overview
Over the past 30 years, Art has partnered with clients to digitally enable their businesses. He has consulted with the US Government to deploy cutting-edge space systems, helped Telcos rollout the first digital wireless networks, and joined forces with brands to realize the promise of digital marketing and commerce.  Art has mentored teams of client services professionals, industry strategists, creative designers, and technical architects to acquire, build and maintain enduring client relationships that have created measurable value.
Experience
Art began his consulting career as a Satellite systems engineer at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, where he spent eight years designing and deploying communications systems for the US Department of Defense. He then moved into commercial consulting with Comsearch for six years and led the first digital cellular system design and rollout for Verizon. Art joined Proxicom, where he led IT consulting engagements in e-commerce, CRM, BI, and data science for Telecom companies.
Following short leadership stints with a few small consulting companies, Art embarked on a 13-year career at Sapient. At Sapient, Art was an Executive Client Partner and co-lead of the financial services industry vertical. He assisted financial services clients to address the widespread and exponential disruption in today’s digital world. Art led and mentored teams combining industry strategy, creative design, and engineering to enable financial institutions to clarify, quantify, and deliver on the promise of Digital Business Transformation (DBT). Specific solution areas included business strategy, architecture planning, agile enablement, and data science. Most recently, Art served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at xScion Solutions, where he led sales, account management, and marketing.
Outside of the office
When Art is not working, he loves spending time with his wife Tina, who is an author and professional life coach. They have two adult children, Gabriella and Antonio along with two dogs, Sundance and Joy. Art is an active alum of the University of Virginia where he is a member of the Virginia Alumni Mentoring Team, Thornton Society for the School of Engineering, and the Virginia Athletic Foundation. He is a car enthusiast who is a graduate of the Mercedes AMG Driving Academy and a huge F1 racing fan. Art is also an active DJ that spins under the moniker of DJ Drac.  
Education and service
Art graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Art mentors students and serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia.
