Bri brings a wealth of talent acquisition experience to her role as Senior Manager at Pariveda. With a steadfast commitment to championing equity in recruiting, Bri’s focus is on matching the right candidate to the right role. Her approach highly values the candidate’s experience, viewing interviewing as a collaborative journey where both parties find alignment. As a dedicated leader, Bri finds fulfillment in mentoring newer recruiters and guiding them on their professional paths.
Experience
Before joining Pariveda, Bri gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and market research. She began her recruiting career at a market research firm, where she was accountable for the success of the internship program and managing campus hiring responsibilities. Over time, she transitioned to focus on recruiting Manager and Director level positions, while also taking on leadership roles to mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team.
Prior to talent acquisition, Bri worked in market research at the same firm, where she collaborated with Fortune 500 clients on quantitative and qualitative research studies. Her client-facing role allowed her to develop strong communication and project management skills, ensuring the successful execution of research projects.
Before entering the corporate world, she gained experience as a substitute teacher, honing her interpersonal and mentoring skills in diverse environments.
Outside of the office
In her downtime, Bri finds joy in seeking out the best food in Los Angeles, hiking in Griffith Park, and exploring art galleries and museums. She’s a novice pickleball player and a dedicated fan of the WNBA.
Education and service
Bri graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Master’s in Sociology after receiving her Bachelor’s in Communications from University of California, San Diego. She volunteers with a local organization focused on voter registration and civic engagement.
