With over 25 years of experience, Doris leverages her expertise in product strategy and customer experience design to help organizations innovate and create customer-centric solutions across industries such as education, healthcare, financial services, and media. She is a seasoned professional in workshop facilitation, customer experience strategy, and product innovation, helping businesses define and execute strategies that align with their objectives while delivering engaging and impactful experiences. 

She brings a holistic, agile approach to her work, fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable in today’s fast-changing digital landscape. She is deeply committed to cultivating a human-centered mindset that empowers teams to anticipate customer needs and design products that create lasting impact. 

Before joining Pariveda, Doris was a Managing Director at Optimity Advisors, where she led the creative practice across multiple regions. Her journey in digital transformation began with Square One Solutions, a digital agency she co-founded, which specialized in digital product design and development and was later acquired by Optimity Advisors. 

Outside of the office

Doris and her husband, Rich, love exploring new cultures and cuisines with their three boys. Whether navigating the streets of Italy, savoring local delicacies in Spain, or hiking the scenic trails of Switzerland, they embrace the adventure of travel and discovery. Doris also nurtures her creative spirit through hiking, attending concerts, and visiting museums, drawing inspiration from the world around her. 

Education and service

Doris graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in Fine Arts. Dedicated to giving back, she volunteers her creative expertise to support Title 1 schools and educational non-profits, enhancing their brand identity and web presence to amplify their mission and impact.
