Overview
Julie helps accelerate Pariveda’s ability to grow, scale, and adapt by collaborating with business leaders to mature Pariveda’s internal and client-facing processes and its practice of Holacracy. Julie enjoys solving challenging problems and facilitating excellent client and employee experiences through new and improved processes, frameworks, and tools that provide guidance and efficiencies without stifling creativity or innovation.
Experience
Julie has over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience across the telecom, retail electricity, financial services, and non-profit industries. As a consultant, she worked with clients to develop business systems plans that helped align IT investments with key business drivers and to identify opportunities to optimize technology solutions to achieve business process efficiency gains. Julie subsequently moved into Pariveda’s corporate function to drive continuous improvements to the company’s enterprise systems, and she later transitioned into her current role advancing Pariveda’s process maturity. Prior to Pariveda, Julie held positions at Argo Data Resource Corporation, Nortel Networks, and Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
Outside of the office
Julie spends much of her free time at community theaters and club volleyball tournaments, supporting her daughters in their passions. When there’s a break in the schedule, Julie enjoys musicals and concerts, game nights with family and friends, and vacations with her husband to any tropical destination with good scuba diving and beautiful beaches.
Education and service
Julie graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Her volunteer work typically involves her church and her daughter’s school and extracurricular activities.
