Matt Probstfeld

Overview

Matt is a leader, problem solver, and solution architect with almost two decades of experience designing and delivering mission-critical solutions in Business, Product, and Technology architecture domains. His areas of expertise include Custom Software, User Interface Design, Data Analytics Strategy, Team Leadership, And Program Management. He collaborates closely with business and technology leaders to deeply understand their current challenges and takes a methodical approach to build a better understanding of the problem that reveal the best solution options. 

Matt’s broad industry knowledge, coupled with his creative design background, deep technical knowledge, and business experience enables him to provide a unique solution to a broad range of technical and business challenges. 

Experience

Matt has experience working in many industries and company sizes, including Health Insurance (Government & Private), Financial Services, Commercial Real Estate, Home Security, Retail Energy, Utilities (Gas & Electric), Waste Management, Land Management, and more. He has extensive experience leading clients and agile teams through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) – advising clients on application architecture, user interface design, change management, program governance, maintainability and scalability considerations, and rollout strategy. As an experienced leader, Matt is an active coach in helping his team and client team grow to achieve their career aspirations. 

Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Matt held a consulting position at Avanade which helped him build a foundation in enterprise grade web-application development on the Microsoft stack. 

Outside of the office

When Matt is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and three children, Amy, Zachary, and Lily. Matt also enjoys golfing with friends, tinkering with home automation, spending time outdoors, and learning through reading and exploration. Matt is an avid automotive enthusiast and enjoys driving performance cars and attending local car events. 

Education and service

Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
