Experience
Raheel brings over nine years of consulting experience with expertise in technology, business, and program management. Recently, he modernized and optimized kiosks for a Fortune 500 airline, revamped the special service requests process with an event-based platform, and built an operations dashboard for agents. He also leveraged GenAI to enhance processes for an energy infrastructure company. Additionally, Raheel helped a multi-channel specialty retailer modernize their store operations and worked with a supermajor oil and gas company to implement its API-first strategy and data governance initiatives.Â
Outside of the office
Raheel loves spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. Raheel enjoys playing poker, sim racing, and watching Formula 1.Â
Education and service
Raheel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston. He also has an MBA from Bauer College of Business with certifications in Global Supply Chain and Marketing Research.Â
