Experience
With 15+ years of management consulting experience, Raphael helps organizations build strategies and solutions for driving greater revenue, innovation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. His core competencies span from strategy to code and include whitespace analysis, digital reinvention, governance modeling, business case development, customer experience mapping, solution development, and system integration. Before joining Pariveda Solutions, Raphael was the national leader for IBM’s Digital Business Strategy practice and previously led the Digital Advisory Services offering at KPMG Canada.
Outside of the office
In his spare time, Raphael enjoys adventure traveling with his wife, trying to beat his two kids at video games, playing sports, and following the latest health trends. You can also find him chasing his Golden Doodle, Rigby.
Education and service
Raphael graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, has a Diploma in Applied Information Technology (programming) from the International Institute of Technology, and achieved certification from McMaster University as an Enterprise Business Architect. He enjoys public speaking and is frequently asked to present at conferences, board retreats, and university classrooms for the latest trends and insights on disruption, human-centered design, and technology.
