Overview
Robert Jehling is Vice President of Consulting Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Lead at Pariveda. He advises healthcare and life sciences executives on the intersection of enterprise strategy, care delivery, operating performance, and technology-enabled transformation—aligning people, processes, data, platforms, and governance to achieve measurable outcomes.
With more than 24 years of executive leadership and advisory experience, Robert combines the perspective of a healthcare system operator with that of an HLS consulting and go-to-market leader. His experience includes Fortune 50 leadership and service as Chief System Experience and Access Officer for a nationally recognized integrated delivery network, with system-level accountability spanning patient access and experience, referral and network growth, patient retention, digital engagement, revenue-cycle performance, and cross-continuum clinical and operational improvement.
Experience
Robert has advised integrated health systems, academic medical centers, payers and payviders, medical technology companies, and pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. His work spans HLS strategy, enterprise operating models, care-delivery and access transformation, patient and provider experience, revenue cycle and referral intelligence, data and AI, interoperability, cloud and enterprise platforms, and clinical research and commercialization enablement. He brings particular depth to the operational connections among clinical performance, workforce capacity, financial sustainability, and market growth.
Across executive advisory, new-market development, solution design, and delivery leadership, Robert translates complex healthcare challenges into actionable strategies and accountable execution. His approach begins with the clinical or business outcome, identifies the workflows and data that influence it, and applies fit-for-purpose technology, governance, and change management to accelerate time to value. He works with leadership teams to advance care-delivery innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth and retention.
Leadership perspective
“Healthcare transformation creates lasting value when clinical and business priorities guide the technology—not the other way around. Start with the outcome, redesign the workflow, enable the people delivering care, and measure the impact.”
