With a diverse background in technology, product management and consulting across global companies and start-ups, Rupa excels at guiding teams through complex challenges and helping them achieve their goals. At Pariveda, she empowers clients with strategic solutions, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs. Her leadership style is rooted in curiosity and collaboration, allowing her to build strong relationships while navigating the dynamic worlds of product-led growth, AI, and EdTech.

Outside of the office
When Rupa isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her daughter share a love for the environment and volunteer together with the “Trees for Me” program, planting trees in their community. Rupa is also a devoted cricket mom, spending weekends cheering for her son during his matches. As a trained Indian classical dancer, she enjoys performing in cultural events and exploring new experiences with her family. Her dog, Messi, is always part of the fun, joining in for family walks and adventures.
Education and service
Rupa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Applications from Madras University, India. She is actively involved in several volunteer initiatives, including the Blossom Foundation, which focuses on holistic wellness programs for individuals in need. Rupa is passionate about fostering women’s leadership in technology and regularly participates in initiatives that support and mentor women in the industry.
