Overview
Susan has more than 30 years of experience as a publicly traded technology company CFO and COO, audit partner at a Big 4 accounting firm and business strategist and advisor. Earlier in her career, Susan was a business assurance partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she advised clients on start-up issues, steps to complete an initial public offering, debt and equity transactions and transition issues that come with mergers and acquisitions. After leaving PwC, Susan served in the Csuite at Pegasus Solutions, Inc., Zix Corporation and Daegis, Inc., each of which delivered solutions in technology services or enterprise software. She has recently worked as an independent advisor to several privately held companies on various transactional and financial leadership engagements. Susan is a licensed CPA and enjoys helping management teams plan and execute through strategic change.
