Overview
Ms. Conner has more than 35 years of experience as a publicly traded technology company CFO and COO, audit partner at a Big Four accounting firm, independent director, and business strategist and advisor. Earlier in her career, Susan was a Business Assurance Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), where she advised clients with start-up issues, steps to complete an initial public offering, debt and equity transactions, and the transition issues that come with mergers and acquisitions. After leaving PwC, Susan served in the C- suite at Pegasus Solutions, Inc., Zix Corporation, and Daegis, Inc., each of which delivered solutions in technology services or enterprise software.
Currently, she is working as an independent advisor and executive coach to several privately held companies, serves on the board of directors of FGM Architects, an ESOP-owned company based in Chicago, IL, and served as the lead independent director for division (NDVN), an autonomic managed service provider.
Susan is a licensed CPA and enjoys helping management teams plan and execute through strategic change.
