Overview
Vikki is a Global Talent Acquisition Director who leads a phenomenal team of recruiters in support of Pariveda’s strategic growth objectives whilst navigating the ever-changing hiring landscapes of the last few years, from a global Pandemic to AI impacts. Through the course of her career, Vikki discovered her passion for all things recruiting, matchmaking people with careers, and the critical foundation a talent acquisition strategy builds for a successful organization. She now uses these skills and passions as the global leader of Pariveda’s Talent Acquisition team to execute a forward-thinking recruiting strategy that complements the firm’s mission and vision.
Experience
Prior to joining Pariveda, Vikki began her career at a national staffing agency, where she learned the ins and outs of sourcing, recruiting, and placing people in roles across a variety of companies and industries in the San Francisco Bay Area and nationally. Vikki developed sourcing strategy expertise in her early years at Pariveda by building a sourcing team and defining the architecture employed for sourcing at Pariveda. She honed her recruiting expertise by working across the West Coast to find and hire the best talent for our teams and developing strategies to recruit in competitive markets at local and national levels. In 2016, Vikki took the lead of the college recruiting team and spent 3 years shaping and guiding national college recruiting efforts for Pariveda. In 2020, Vikki transitioned to leading the Experienced Hire recruiting team, taking on the challenges the pandemic brought to day-to-day business and supporting the growth of the firm to include international recruiting. Today, she continues to mentor a team of recruiters and lead Pariveda’s global TA strategy, advising and partnering with Sr. Executives across the firm.
Through her work, Vikki seeks to understand and solve complex Human Capital solutions by shaping equitable, inclusive Talent Acquisition processes that positively impact candidates, interviewers, and the organization.
Outside of the office
Outside of the office, Vikki enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, which includes a lot of golf and baseball. Vikki also enjoys reading and listening to anything related to Behavioral science or Human Capital.
Education and service
Hailing from Cork, Ireland, Vikki moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2001. Vikki received her B.S. in Business Administration and HR from Sonoma State in 2006. She enjoys volunteering in areas that enrich the lives of children and teens, local community events and serves in a volunteer role with the United Irish Cultural Center of San Francisco.
