A welcoming and empowering community for female-identifying team members
Esprit de Femme (EdF) is Pariveda’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) for female-identifying team members. Using human-centered design, EdF engages female team members to understand what is important to them – from continual learning and coaching within Pariveda, to forming life-long relationships, to giving back to female-focused communities and causes. As a core piece of our national social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) strategy, EdF creates an environment where each member realizes their fullest potential with authenticity.

External Speaker Series
Local impact
Empowering opportunities
Esprit de Femme hosts a series of women’s leadership events, in which external speakers lead an educational discussion forum on female-focused workplace topics. This gives our people an avenue to connect and feel safe to ask questions.
Female team members build relationships with others in their offices through regular social events, volunteer service projects, and women’s issues engagement. At a local level, these women build authentic face-to-face connections with women in their communities.
We offer curated resources for female-focused learning, mentoring, and networking to grow and develop potential at all levels. From Slack channels that connect our female network within Pariveda, to lunch and learns and mentorship, we strive to create opportunities where everyone feels empowered to grow.
