Utility Corp* had attempted and failed to internally initiate a UEM deployment project designed to enable the IT group to deploy applications remotely and support employee endpoint devices across the enterprise.
The Challenge

Utility Corp’s attempts to deploy a leading UEM solution were stalled by internal resistance. The leadership team knew there must be a better way to plan and implement the project, so they turned to their trusted project partner, Pariveda, to understand the objectives and drive the project to completion quickly.
We worked with client leadership to design the solution’s vision and functional requirements while developing a delivery plan (resources, timelines, costs, etc.), securing executive approvals, and executing the solution.
The Result

- Performed technical analysis of required infrastructure, technical skills, and resources and completed a change management assessment.
- Established a compelling business case by identifying key stakeholders and steering committee members, organizing the project team and communication roadmap, and building the deployment plan.

The Impact
Strategic program management enabled the project to be packaged, approved, and executed, leading to the successful delivery of the UEM solution to over 6,000 users and devices.
