Overview
As Executive Search Advisor, Anu Duggirala is responsible for educating and advising others on Pariveda’s executive search strategies and best practices. The majority of her career has been dedicated to professional services with a focus on executive recruitment, management consulting, and technology services. Anu is a talent acquisition generalist with deep expertise in executive recruitment.
Experience
Mrs. Duggirala launched her professional career in recruitment with boutique talent acquisition firms where she primarily focused on technical recruitment across industries and functions. To continue her professional development, she joined Pariveda in 2010 as a Corporate Recruiter where she led and executed recruitment strategies for multiple offices. From there, she moved into a national role where she partnered with key leadership to grow Pariveda’s emerging capabilities successfully. She gained significant experience in – and passion for – executive recruitment through her national role. In her current role, she is helping Pariveda shape a world-class executive recruiting function that focuses on creating mutually beneficial relationships with mission-driven executive leaders.
Outside of the office
Outside of the office, Anu enjoys spending time with her family and friends in sunny California. She strongly believes in the saying that “health in wealth” and is always looking for ways to improve the quality of life for others and her family. She recently found passion (and pain) in home renovation projects and has been transforming her house into a home.
Education and service
Anu received her MBA from Southern Methodist University and her B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. She donates to several organizations involving women and children. As a parent, she has found joy in actively engaging and volunteering in early childhood programs.
