Overview
Chad Hahn is a technology executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business development, strategy, and execution of technology-focused initiatives. He has started and successfully exited two service businesses, one of which was focused on social enterprise. He has a strong background in digital strategy, organizational change, and enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in both traditional and emerging technologies.Â
Experience
Chad’s experience centers on helping big enterprises work like startups on their large digital programs. He has provided strategy, facilitation, and delivery oversight for engagements across a spectrum of industries, including media, healthcare, financial services, and consumer brands. His clients include dozens of enterprises within the Fortune 500 as well as high-growth SMBs.
Chad believes in cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients to co-create value. He emphasizes trust, collaboration, and adaptive techniques to solve difficult business problems with clients. Many of his clients have worked with Chad over the course of several years, as new challenges presented subsequent opportunities to work together.
Prior to Pariveda, Chad was a Partner at Optimity Advisors, a digital consultancy he joined through the acquisition of Square One, a digital agency he co-founded. He also started and sold MindSpark, Inc., a social benefit corporation employing individuals with autism to perform technology services for US-based enterprises.
Outside of the office
Chad is a former DJ, avid traveler, and social enthusiast. He and his wife enjoy giving experiential gifts to their three sons, including fun RV and volunteer events. In the spare time he has left, he enjoys shuttling his boys around to their many sporting events.
Education and service
Chad graduated Magna cum laud from Trinity University with a double major in Computer Science and Finance. He is a board member of Level Up Solutions, his wife’s nonprofit organization.
