Overview
Darin serves as the Managing Vice President for Pariveda’s West Region, comprising of Pariveda’s offices in Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Darin has been in the consulting industry for over 30 years, focusing primarily on leading business and technology transformation programs. He has successfully built and led teams to deliver strategy, planning, and business capability-centric efforts to complex Business and Technology Transformation programs spanning all functional domains of an organization. His particular focus is on working with telecom and high-tech companies.
Experience
With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Darin has an extensive background in developing, creating, and improving people, processes, capabilities, and systems that shape how companies interact with their customers, partners, and user community. Darin’s strengths include organizational management and leadership, solution analysis and development, and complex program management, including global engagements involving on-shore, off-shore, and third-party components. Darin collaborates with executives and client teams to create value by aligning technology and operations with business strategy. He has experience helping organizations structure business & digital capabilities, including business case development and post-merger integration. Darin has delivered transformational programs to Fortune 500 companies located in the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Pariveda, Darin was the Managing Vice President for North Highland’s Seattle Market, providing Management Consulting & Strategy services to clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, communications & high tech, healthcare, and public sector. He was accountable for all aspects of the Seattle P&L business, including establishing & operationalizing the go-to-market strategy, business development, recruiting, marketing, client delivery, financials, and people & performance management. He also delivered various business and technology customer-centric transformation projects during his almost 18-year career at Accenture.
Outside of the office
When Darin is not working, he loves spending time traveling with his wife and two girls, Hannah and Summer. Born and raised in the PNW, he is an avid fly-fisherman year-round. When he is not chasing sea-run cutthroat trout in the Puget Sound, he enjoys all things outdoors, including golf, hiking & camping, as well as playing & composing piano music and dabbling & experimenting in the kitchen with his culinary skills.
Education and service
Darin graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Information Systems and Information Science and a Computer Science minor. Darin is a former board member of Friends of the Children and enjoys volunteering and mentoring & coaching others in their professional career journeys.
