Neha Kalantri serves as a Vice President at Pariveda Solutions. Her expertise lies in aligning IT strategy with client business objectives to drive sustainable competitive differentiation. Her deep technical background and extensive industry experience has enabled Neha to effectively work at the intersection of people, domain, and technology to deliver tangible business outcomes for her clients.
Experience
Neha has 20+ years of experience leading large IT consulting projects across different industries like financial services, insurance, automotive, airlines, and retail. She’s passionate about solving large complex problems for her clients through digital transformation strategy, data, and cloud solutions. She has a wide breadth of knowledge in the areas of strategy & execution, team capability development, business model innovation, project management, technology solutions development, and strategic process improvements. A strategic thinker with an eye for detail, Neha has a track record of building and inspiring multidisciplinary teams that meet and exceed client goals through seamless execution and delivery.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Neha was the Head of Delivery & Operations at Thoughtworks Inc(for the Central Region). She focused on a portfolio of diversified clients with accountability for the client experience (account management) and delivery execution (product/program/project management) and successfully delivered several digital strategy transformation projects. Prior to that, Neha worked in leadership positions at companies like CSC-DXC, IBM, Infosys, and a couple of high-growth startups.
Outside of the office
Neha spends time being active and outdoors – walking, cycling, hiking, and playing tennis. She is an avid reader – though to keep up with her fitness regime she is now hooked on audiobooks during her daily fitness activities. She enjoys spending time and traveling with her 8-year-old daughter Myra and husband Atul. Experimenting with food and different cuisines is a big part of her family’s culture.
Education and service
Neha graduated with distinction from the National Institute of Technology (Nagpur, India) in Computer Science. She’s a lifelong learner and has done accredited management courses from Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
Neha is a strong believer in using technology to move the needle on social change and works with a local non-profit organization to help their charter of fighting against systemic racism.
