Overview
Sameer is passionate about building innovative technology solutions to improve customers’ business operations and performance. By maintaining focus on the business users, he is interested in how to design and deliver digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise that are easy to adopt, deliver business value early and frequently, and most importantly improve the lives of business users.
Experience
With over 15 years of technology consulting experience, Sameer has a wide breadth of knowledge in digital transformation, cloud architecture and migration, application development, DevOps, process and operations improvement, and technology modernization strategy. He has managed a variety of projects such as designing and implementing enterprise-grade logistics applications for the Department of Defense, defining business-focused enterprise strategy for technology modernization, and developing various systems to improve the performance and effectiveness of IT organizations to better support business customers. More recently, he has developed a passion for how organizations can leverage data as a strategic asset to gain critical insights to improve business decisions and performance. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Sameer held positions at Deloitte and Appian.
Outside of the office
When Sameer is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and son. He particularly enjoys going to his son’s sporting events. He enjoys running, gardening, reading and is a self-proclaimed barbecue master.
Education and service
Sameer graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Computer Science. He holds a master’s in Management Information Systems (MIS) from George Washington University and an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
